In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

Return Process. To return an item, please email customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

Refunds. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, and after our approval of the requested refund, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service to arrange a refund or exchange.

Shipping PolicyCurrently we are only shipping to the US. We apologize for any in convience. Everything is shipped using USPS from New York, USA.

Our proccessing time is 3-5 business days. These do not include the weekends or holidays.

Priority Shipping 1-3 Business DaysWe are not responsible for how long USPS takes to deliver your packages.

We are also not responsible for any missing or stolen packages. Once we give the packages to USPS, control is out of our hands.

Cancellations and Refunds: We do not offer cancellations or refunds after order is placed. Please look over your order carefully before submitting.

Each Item is handcrafted by me in my home in LongIsland, New York. Due to the nature of a handmade product, imperfections such as slightly off-centered labels, tiny markings on the outside of the jar, etc. are to be expected. None of these impact the quality of the candle.

Want your candle to last longer? Make sure you trim the wick to 1/8"-1/4” before every single new burn  During the burning process, carbon builds up on the wicks. This is a normal process, however if you re-light a wick that has this carbon build up it can cause excess soot and heat. This yields a lower quality candle performance. (If you have ever noticed black smoke sticking to the sides of your glass candles in the past, this is why!)
